UPDATE – DOG DRAGGING CASE
Teacher Andile Jezile appeared in the Kokstad Magistrates Court earlier today and was again not asked to plead. He has been charged on seven counts in terms of the Animals Protection Act.
The case has been remanded until 30 March pending further investigation.
